Reports can be compiled in two different formats from current and historical voting data. Excel spreadsheets can only be viewed on machines that have Microsoft Excel or some equivalent spreadsheet program installed. Alternatively, reports can also be viewed in HTML format.

Reports can be compiled into 4 types:
- Detailed
- Sortable (plain database dump)
- Summary by Firm
- Summary by Industry
Depending on the Voting period type (by Rank or by Points), the report looks slightly different. In a by Rank report, the only criteria that is accumulated is the rank, which then appears as an average in the Company, industry, and Recipient summaries. In a by Point Report, since the voting blotter is entirely designed by the Administrator, the criteria for each vote are enumerated and summarized individually. Bullet Votes, similarly to by Rank votes, are averaged. Point votes are merely summed up. Comments only appear in the individual listing but not in the summaries.
