Voting by Points entails the Voter voting Recipients/Companies individually using a custom designed voting ballot sheet. Each such voting ballot sheet is accessed through the Voting Blotter.
Recipients/Companies marked with a red symbol in this blotter have not been voted on at all. Those marked with a yellow symbol have been voted on; however, in the meantime, the Administrator changed some detail in the voting ballot sheet. For correctness, the Voter should return to these votes and revise them if necessary. Rows marked with a green symbol have been completed correctly.

The voting ballot sheet for each Recipient/Company can be accessed by clicking on Vote. The following is an example of a ballot sheet that contains all three supported types of votes: (i) Bullet votes, (ii) Free-Form comment votes, and (iii) Point allocation votes.
- Bullets:
- are always required to be filled out
- may have comment fields, which may or may not be required to be filled out (look for red *)
- Free-Form Comments:
- may or may not be required to be filled out (look for red *)
Point Allocations:
are always required to be filled out
may be filled out with any number between 0 and how ever many points are left to be allocated
apply to the entire voting blotter; points allocated in one voting ballot sheet will be subtracted from the maximum allowed number of points for the entire voting blotter
