The database window consists of three parts.

1. Input:

  • Name: First, Middle, Last
  • Private Address: Street / P.O. Box, Appartment, City, State, Zip Code, Country, Telephone, Fax, E-Mail
  • Professional Data: Name of Institution, Department, Function, Street / P.O. Box, Room, City, State, Zip Code, Country, Telephone, Fax, E-Mail
  • Special Topic: Theme 1, Theme 2, Theme 3, Publications to Special Topic: yes, no, Description, Field, Other, Special Group, Other, Type of Work, Other, Description
  • Publications:
  • Miscellaneous: Availability for seminars: always, only within week, only on weekends, only during school-vacation, only during semester-vacation; Substitution: must be financially compensated, no extra costs; Restrictions: ; Memberships: AATG ACTFL MLA GSA Other;

2. Commands:

  • New Entry
  • Add Entry
  • Delete Entry
  • Modify Entry

3. List of Entries:

    This component displays the contents of the database. Upon double-clicking an entry, it appears in the Input portion of the database window.
